Someone Please Help Me Put Into Words

For me it's what my counselor said, "what fires together wires together".

That means that certain things that happened back then will get linked to the irrelevant things in my modern life. Doors, when I see a door it must be closed. It is just how it is you know? It is a trigger, hostile intentions, and certain emotions also cause a reaction.

A trigger is a response trained into your brain/body, and when you see it your body responds to the stimuli.

You might want to read a book called The unteathered Soul. The author talks about the thorns that are hit in us - and what to do when that happens. I forget the authors name but he was recently on Oprah's OWN network and the interview was amazing. You might even be able to Google a video of that.

I know it hurts but don't let it own you.
