Starting To Swing Low With My Mania, Flashbacks Are Coming Back

This really sucks, can't cope without being off my meds so the mania can keep me feeling good to be safe, starting to drop from the mania, and I feel like crap, and the flashbacks the mania makes managable are starting to hurt again.

I wish it would stop.................................................................................................
