Successful hospital trip

Usually hospitals will leave me feeling awful for days afterwards. This time I managed to stay in the present for the whole time I was in for tests and was able to manage the difficult emotions and hyper vigilance recognising that they were from the past, not the present.

I’ve been working on building up my exposure to triggers, but this was a big test for me, and I’ve proved to myself that I’m on the right track.
