My EMDR therapist is of course out-of-network with my insurance, and the covered benefit just dropped -- and it was pretty abysmal before. I don't know of any EMDR therapists who even participate with insurance plans, actually. Just wondering -- is there such a thing as insurance specifically for mental health issues (in the U.S.)? This therapy ain't cheap ;)
