PS - I know there is a thread on this forum "you know you have PTSD when..."
Well, although what I'm about to say is related to that thread/thought process, I think it more accurately belongs on this thread. Here goes:
You know you have PTSD when your stuffed animal undoubtedly needs a support group of their own due to close proximity to your mood swings, panic attacks, etc.
Though, for the sake of ...reassurance...I will add that I have no doubt in my mind that my Mutsy (and everyone else's stuffed animal friends....if I may say so) is more than happy to be supportive along my journey of healing and recovery. :)
