I am so over teenagers. Where do they get off thinking they know everything about everything.

They think they know better and think we must have come down in the last shower.
When I went to school and was a teenager, I may have been pissed off with my parents for different things, but I always had respect and always respected what they said.

Now days it don't count for shit. And having such a quick temper now and no tolerance, I am almost ready to explode every day.

Teenagers are fun, aren't they?!? I have TWO and both are girls! Sometimes I fantasize about living in a tent in my backyard and giving them the house..... Hey, wait a minute~ switch that...they get the tent and I get the house. LOL

Living with 2 hormonal girls will test anyones sanity! I'm sure boys are no fun either. I feel for ya Jimmy!!

Luckily there are lots of good times too or I really think I would do the tent thing!! :D

Hmmm. Can't wait. I have 2 girls. 2 and 5. I'm at the point where i can't stand babies anymore. When we're done with the pram, I'm going to light that thing on fire and roll it down a hill.

I had a friend give me a warning, in addition to the good warnings above, any way. Evidently when the lipstick and eye-liner comes out for good, I will become a complete moron and will be able to do no right. That should be an interesting transition.

Well my family history is a shocker....
I have been married twice, third time lucky.
I have two great children from the first marriage, girl 23, boy 21 (great because they are adults), I suppose that was the only thing good out of that marriage. She still is a condescending, blood sucking, ice maiden, bitch. I don't speak to her anymore, I would not even give her the time of day. But other than that she is ok.
The next marriage well, I can't blame her for leaving, I was a different person with untreated PTSD. Then again, she had no reason to go screw around. I thought it was till death to you part. Well, I have a 13 going on 26 year old boy from that one. He lives with me.
There were also three step-children who still call me Dad. They reckon I am still their Dad, but I don't really hear from them unless they want something.

Now that I have moved in with Margaret, I have gone from just me to a 17 and a 16 year old girl, my boy, and an 11 year old boy who lives here every second week and on holidays. f*ck me, instant family again.
But really I would not have it any other way. I just have to bite my tongue a lot. I am almost missing the tip of it. And they wonder why I have grey hair showing. Damn.

But Elizabeth, I would not change a thing otherwise I would not have the family I have.

The one thing I learnt about PTSD is that you cannot go back to who you were. That person has gone for good.
So now I am looking forward to the new James. The new Dad. And can't wait till I have had the back surgery and recovered and then look out world.

I work at a High School - I deal with thousands a day..... but I love em all, they keep me young - its their parents that truly drive me nuts !
