Hi peeps!
I have a question about tension.
First, to clarify, don´t picture one of these humongous gyms with tons of sweating people in them and horrible music playing. My question is about a small gym with a class of 7 people who are all really relaxed and no pressure involved.
I went there to do bodyweight training. The training was good, but the tension I feel in my body when training is sh*t. During training all the tension goes to my head and explodes into this strong headache, which does get better if I just breathe better/deeper.
But in the days to follow I´ll still be really fidgety, tensed up physically and kind of angry. Can anybody tell me how to relax?
Or should I just avoid the gym altogether. I think I could buy some equipment and work out at home, it would just mean isolating more (and less motivation).
Edit: normally I don´t feel that kind of tension (anymore), it´s the intense exercise combined with lack of mindfulness that triggers it.
