Swaledale is beautifully isolated. The mobile phones don't work. And there is something utterly exhillerating about running over the moors with only an emergency pack and my whippet, "Oofy".

It was not nice being battered into submission at headingly. Depressing.

Have you been to Nidderdale or Wensleydale, they are both beautiful and isolated too.

Little villages dotted around like Grassington and Patley bridge, don't camp near the river there you will get bitten by all the mozzies they love me lol.

Put it on a little while ago, 210 for 2, feeling a little nervous.

10 minutes later and it's 220 for 4 and I'm feeling much better, those missed catches aren't as sore.
