Today I stopped to talk to twins in a buggy who were restless because mum was shopping.

The smile from them made up for everything that was not right today.

When a doctor trusts your ability to be honest and trusts your sincerity, perhaps even puts a little value and faith in you and doesn't assume you're full of sh't or simply not worth it.

This makes me happy! It's not quite so small to me, perhaps small to some though, ...but yes it's valuable and certainly makes for happiness.

I am SO looking forward to gardening this summer. It's just so calming for me. I hope to build some planter boxes (raised beds) and *maybe* do some much-needed landscaping.

My T pointed out that it's a very nurturing hobby. Interesting- I never really thought of myself as a nurturer.
