IF YOU DONT GET A PHYSICAL WHEN YOU GET OUT OR DONT HAVE A MED DISCHARGE THAN YOUR GOING TO BE WAITING IN LINE I HEARD THEY WERE CHANGING PTSD BECOUSE THE GOV CANT PAY ALL THE TROOPS WHO GET THE STUFF I GOT MY 100 PERCENT N SS AFTER 4YRS WITH A PTSD DISCHARGE BECOUSE THE SO CALLED OIF CORINATORS AT SALEM VA DONT WONT YOU TO GET SQUAT

Hey Richard. Our VA here works a bit differant I think. For me it was the Military Madiecal system that screwed me around. Once I got out, it took 6 months to get an appointment with the DVA, but once that happened, they have been bending over backwards to get me into appointments, help me process claims and trying to sort me out. Things started to get better once I say someone who recognised my needs, and started pushing. I hope you eventually find someone there who cares enough to show you the week point in the red tape.

YEA IM 100 PERCENT BUT THEY WONT COMP ME FOR TBI THEY SAID I HAD IT BEFORE I WENT TO IRAQ BS I COULDNT EVEN PASSED A PT TEST THE WAY IM NOW GOD MAN IM PISSED IM 40 PERCENT PARALIZED ON MY LEFT SIDE BUSTED SPINE IM LEFT HANDED AND ITS MY LEFT HAND BARLEY WORKS I CAN STICK A NAIL IN IT WOULDNT FEEL IT BUT YET I DID 2 TOURS IN IRAQ AND IM A KOREAN VET I WAS A M1A2 TANKER I COULD LIFT OVER 150 PDS PLUS NOW I ONLY HAVE 15 PDS PRESSURE IN MY GOOD HAND AND OH NO IT DIDNT HAPPEN IN THE ARMY BECOUSE TBI WASNT OUT IN 2006 WHEN I GOT MY MED DISCHARGE NO ONE KNEW SO I CANT GET THE PROOF OR RECORDS FOR ALL THE IEDS I WAS IN SO IM SCREWED BLUE FALCON SOBS ON THE BOARD BUT I GET TREATED FOR IT AND ITS ON MY MED RECORDS THE VA BS SCAM

How rude of me. Welcome Richard. You have to remember mate that the VA is just one big medical insurance company which is now well and truly out of pocket because of a war lasting over 10 years and so many young and old soldiers coming home changed for life.

Even the VA here in Australia are trying to blame the psych injuries on TBI. Our VA has also changed the TPI (Totally and Permanently Incapacitated) gold cards.

Well thats the impression I get.
