Been dealing with this stuff for almost a year now.

And it is getting to the point that I can't remember what story I told who.
..

So on the question is, do come clean about my ptsd? It will explain my strange behavior this past year.

I think "come clean" only if you get the sense that it could help? I'm new here, which means I've heard none of your stories, and trying to learn how to tell mine in a way that isn't a bare bones list of details, which is sort of what my post in "Introductions" amounted to.

I took a nice walk this morning. It was beautiful outside and the air was cool and fresh and I ran into some friends and they were friendly, and it was a good morning. So, get out there and enjoy the weather, the flowers and life!

The truth I deny is that I am sick.
It is time to start taking care of myself. Not just thinking about it but doing it.
It makes me sick to my stomach to even consider this. But it is the truth and I have to find a way to accept it or I am going to die.
