Tough call, and even though it sounds like this is 100% the right decision, the process of changing to a new T can be incredibly stressful, even when you absolutely know it's the right thing.

I hope the new T works out for you really well. Don't forget the forum is here if you find yourself in a bit of turmoil - the adjustment can take a bit of time.

Thanks nice to know that support is awaiting.
Feeling ok about it at the moment but know it will be tough. Think it is a good move though so looking long term.
