Can you draw? Scribble? Kick something? I can relate to no words. Can you "speak" for yourself through creatively wrecking anything? Cut apart magazine bodies and glue them back together? Anything?? Hope you are hanging in there....are you somewhere safe?
 
I am staying in my bed!! It's the next safest place after a padded cell!! Thanks for asking!!
