Could my experience with antianxiety pills be why I'm the way I am?
Sounds like it’s on the nose.

FWIW... :inlove: With Cipro & Keflex. :inlove:

I keep both around for reasons we don’t need to go into, and both are on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines, the most effective and safe medicines needed in a health system.

There are a few other drugs commonly rx’d for UTI, and I’ve taken all but one for various odds and ends (amazing how wading hip deep in sewage & swamps, decay & death brings on so many cheerful infections), but I’m suspecting you were probably given one of those 2?

Nitrofurantoin

I need to know how to get through the next pill cause I have to take a second one and it's already becoming an issue

One thing to keep in mind, is that in addition to the physical act of taking pills being super stressful & triggery right now?

UTIs come with a lot of low level anxiety, just from the ever present urge to pee. Add that to intrinsic pain (stress), pelvic floor pain (another possibly stressor), urinary tract pain (ditto)... and add THAT to the first bit? Your stress cup is probably all kinds of messed up right now. Totally normal / completely natural for it to be.

Each pill you take is not only a victory over flipping off anxiety, but the faster your infection clears up & pain/anxiety/stress lowers? The faster you feel 6 kinds of better. Real better. Not covering up problems better, but solving them.
