This Is So Sad And Depressing

I know I have said this before but I have constantly remind my self that this did not take a short time to happen so it is not going to be resolved fast. I am the I want it over yesterday person.

Be kind to yourself you are working very very hard. It also takes the brain time to process what you are doing. It can take the pain out of your face. Take your time and you will know the pace it should happen at. You stated you are not sleeping well. Make sure you keep this in check. Sleep is essential for healing also. Its all part of the big picture. I think what you are doing is your own exposure therapy.

therapybankruptcy, I am in therapy now. :) I am not doing complete exposure therapy but I am doing the work.

What I didn't want to do is let go what was coming up. I'M hurting yes, destructive no. I had way too many things running through my mind I needed to let the pressure cooker off some by getting it out. It helps me. I am being careful and dropping back when I need. I got enough to start with right now. I'm going to work through this bunch first. See what I can build up with self esteem, etc before I go to other memories. I'll be practicing on staying focused with these one's UNLESS there is a significance between one memory and another. Common thread so to speak. :) I'm ok. I did some yoga, and some push ups today. Had a decent lunch. I will be getting a good nights rest because bro will be home tonight. :)
 
I admire your strength for facing this head on. Some people just choose to buy their heads and hope it will go away.
