Nicollete, I was guilty of this in my relationship. I kept comparing the relationship my vet and I had to what other people "seemed" to have. Then one day, I realized that our relationship would never ever turn back into the storybook one we once had because PTSD never goes away. When I stopped comparing and became grateful for small improvements, etc. it got a whole lot better. Kat
