I was hoping to learn more about what our vets are dealing with and I don't mean bar brawls. Since some of my experience parallels some of their PTSD, I guess I thought I might find new ways to deal with the persistent sounds of gun and rifle fire from three ranges near by among other things.
Maybe the last third of the book will be better. I need to skip over the racy blue stuff. It is just too triggering. Looking through Jillian's eyes, I am learning what is more normal and more healthy than the so so many rapes I hosted as a child. I still get pain there with out a commanding memory.
