I'm not looking forward to therapy today. Actually quite scared. I lost it a bit last week and called/emailed T a dozen times in four days. Totally not okay. I'm expecting her to say no more emails which will be devastating. We only exchange non therapy emails once or twice a month but those are a kind of life line.

Anyway. I needed to voice this. My motor skills are so off I may call Uber to get me down to the appointment. Not sure I should be driving.
 
Um, I think getting out here on line may be a good therapy for too much anxiety. Maybe you can find some conversation and support here and then maybe just the big stuff for the therapist. I do get it though, the support is needed, you found some, you use it. Good luck. And good job getting out here and sharing that.
 
Occasionally, the anxiety can be overwhelming to the point we forget how to deal with it.

Research grounding, mindfulness. But first, just breathe deep ten times, then ten times again. It's a very simple exercise and doesn't require any thinking. Once you get some air into your system, you might be able to think again.
