Yes, Kailini, psychotic symptoms are frequently observed in people with PTSD. Indeed, misdiagnosis is common. I've read a ton of journal articles on this phenomenon because it happened to me, delusions.

Are you able to identify where/who the comments are coming from this time? I think you said you are living with your mother - can she hear them too?I can still hear the harassing comments now. It's about 4:40 AM, and they're making it so I can't sleep.
