Hi Angelina
Maybe you should read the PTSD Cup explanation again. If he is in a lot of physical pain, on top of his PTSD, he will be struggling big style to cope. Any relationship issues will be pushed to one side until he can get his head round his own problem.

As my husband used to call it, he is in "Self preservation mode", right now, and unfortunately, nothing you can say or do will change his mind frame. You WILL have to wait for him to resurface, in his time not yours. Sometimes the more you try to contact him, the more he will back away.
Four days for isolation, or what ever it is, is really only a short time for some. Do more for yourself, until he contacts you again. When he does, please do not go off on one at him, this illness is the worst ride anyone could be on.
I hope you can hang onto a wild roller coaster, because that is what it can be like at times.
