Hey, no leaving allowed. I don't eat sugar either and I rarely eat meat. So that makes one and 3/4 of us vegetarians who abstain from sugar. There are still lots of things we CAN enjoy!

My sugar cookies actually don't have sugar in them and are made out of vegetables... when vegetarians eat them. Full of sugar for everyone else.:p;):p;):p

Because you took a chance and showed your vulnerability (so brave!) by saying you didn’t want to be alone Christmas, you opened the door for so many who are not as brave, including myself. :hug:

Thank you so much dear friend...many hugs of gratitude to you for saying these kind things to me. I am looking forwards to the gathering so much. It is so great that all of my PTSD family will be here along with me to be out true selves here together. Thank you Alice for being proud of me. I never heard these words in my life for so many years of my life and like a thirsty sponge I just soak them in like the rays of the sun.

I want this gathering to be a place of real community so thank everyone here that wants to play.:inlove::laugh::hug::hug::hug:

In the spirit of Christmas it would be nice if members didn’t ignore each other in this thread. I have been ignored in another group (where I am just not responded to as the ignore function didn’t work), and it’s a really crappy feeling. I had to leave the group because I felt so horrible being ignored. That’s not really in the spirit of coming together to support people who are alone. If I’m ignored in here as well, it will make me not only very sad, but I will realize that not everyone can put their differences aside in the spirit of coming together for the holidays.
