Husband and I are exercising more now and his numbers are slowly dropping.

We are back to the start line again.

He is not checking his blood sugar anymore. He is eating lots of junk food again. His diet is a bad as ever.

He went to see his GP last week, who gave him more medication and this really upset him but he isn't making any changes. He asked about joining my gym but I am sure how that is going to work.
