I’m sure that more women will come out, and against others too. This isn’t just one guy, I’m sure that there are more men doing this shit, and more women that are willing to speak up. The biggest thing for me..... NOTHING seems to come of it. They go to rehab or they don’t and yet nothing ever happens. They get slapped on the wrist, or fired... Big f*cking deal, these women have to deal with the shit now. They are sometimes not believed, put through scrutiny and hassled by the press. While the assholes sometimes get sequester in rehab, where they cry for 5 minutes, and think they healed. A bunch of f*cking shit, if you ask me.....

I try (often unsuccessfully!) to hang on to the notion that even if they just get this one guy? That's a big win for his victims. Each of them individually deserve justice.

But this culture of sexual exploitation of women and girls is Hollywood's worst-kept secret. And it would be really nice if this started a real cultural change. It would be nice to see other sexual abusers in the industry bring brought to justice, rather than Weinstein being made the scape-goat for the whole sick industry. He deserves it, but he's not the only one.

But then, keep it real Ragdoll. Even if we just bring justice to a fraction of the victims, it's still a win. *sigh*

I know what you mean @Ragdoll Circus I suppose really abusers in most every sphere of life are so much more likely to get away with it than not.

I'd like to see massive change in every walk of life as I'm sure we all would.

The documentary "An Open Secret" (2014) discusses the experience of young boy/teen child actors and the entertainment industry pedo rings. I saw an article on it today which said that for 9 days it would be available for free on vimeo (?) but there was no link. I watched the uncut version of it just now on youtube.
