Americas Test Kitchen Family Cookbook - they even tested their recipes with and have a suggested list of alternative ingredients. So you don't have to have a full pantry to make their recipes.

I'm taking that to mean fav speakers or headphones. I have a small radio for the kitchen, with bees on it. Happens to have lovely sound. I connect my phone and lay music through it.

My mom used to make almond puff on Christmas morning, which was a choux paste with almond icing. It felt really special. I should tell her I appreciated that when it’s Christmas morning this year.

A copper wire thing that says Xmas in blocky letters, with fairy lights that twinkle slowly in it. Not describing it very well but it's pretty

Breakfast after Christmas - Fried Stuffing instead of potatoes......also good as a base for Eggs Benedict....
