Favorite decade?

2000 to 2010. Is there a non uncomfortable way to refer to that first decade? not like the nineties that preceded it or the teens that followed it, I have settled on the "aughts' as in 20 aught 5. The kids were going from early teens to college age, I was earning the highest multiple of the minimum wage I have ever earned before or since, and America didn't think it needed anyone to make it great again.

The Mona Lisa theft in … 1910 I think? Cracked me up, he was a patriot but still wanted to make money off of it, always strikes me funny for some reason
