I fear messing up my son from my PTSD, my T, my trauma, people touching me, losing control.

I am afraid of being alone. I used to love being alone. I never got bored. I loved my me time. But I have changed. Now I get bored and am very afraid of being alone.

I am afraid that my anxiety will come back. I hope not. But once you have had it very bad, it is a very scary experience. I sure hope my fears are for nothing.

I'm afraid to travel to see my Parents (I have to fly). I'm also afraid to use the Alprazolam my doc gave me for the trip (I just got off of it last winter).

I used to be very afraid of dying and death, or so it had seemed to me then. Later-on I learned that it wasn't fear of dying and death but of living, real living. I was so scared that as soon as I'd have a bit of fun, joy or peace, something would happen because I didn't deserve to have any. I am glad that this has changed.

I'm afraid that when I actually get to the really severe trauma stuff in therapy, I won't be able to cope. I'm afraid of the fallout of this on my children and husband.

Terrified of emotional intimacy which is ironic as I have always given a great impression of not being.

Terrified of being mocked or humiliated in any way to do with my traumas - being invalidated.

Fearful of not picking up cues that I am heading into a dangerous situation. I sometimes blank out information which puts me at risk.

I am afraid of losing my Dad before I can get there. He is stable at present, but there it is.

I'm also afraid that by verbalizing this fear, I will make it happen (I know, magical thinking!)

Just fears, not reality, but enough to make me anxious and weepy.
