What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Well, that doesn't sound as 'mildly' triggered, that fast jump to yours current emotionality.

Look around you & think through the interactions. Reasses the situation. What in it is /not/ danger? Focus on that, what is not warranting of taking that anger out on anything and anyone, because you're fine & having it?
