What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I ffeel very worried and fearful about so many things, but I can only think to mentally box them as I have to put one foot in front of the other. I feel very alone and hopeless.
I'm sorry you feel so alone @Rosebud. I know that feeling well. Sometimes all we can do is to put one foot in front of the other and keep moving forward step by step. Hope you feel better soon.
