It is a good day. The sun has come out and I'm feeling positive.

I left work and a massive thunderstorm hit, we even had hail! In the tropics in summer! :eek:
What is happening? Then the lightening struck the electricity out... :confused:
A downpour of rain like I havent seen in many years... :cautious:

I couldn't get to the gym, the door has an electronic lock, when the power is out, the door stays shut.

I went to my room and said goodbye to my friend.
I dealt with the patient who died.
I spoke to my family member on the phone.

I got messages of support and encouragement and sympathy from friends here on the forum :notworthy:

I am feeling a lot better now. Thank you, all of you :)

I took advice from some of the people on here and finally got through to my Dr!! Yay!! Although it was the third Dr id seen in a week i wrote some stuff down and actually told them what i was thinking/feeling and he listened.
The world seems that little bit better now.

Headache, weird body pains, joint pains. Must be all the exercise.
