I feel happily :) amazed with myself and so very much in love. :inlove: Life is good and my PTSD symptoms have greatly improved!

Alone, anxious, depressed. Coming out of a three day dissociative fog followed by facing a few demons. Realizing how much I project my fear onto others because I can't access my own pain. Simultaneously illuminating and depressing.

Alone, in pain, tiny, like everything is just too much, dissociated, unfocused, trembling.
