I'm sure there's a more specific word for this variety of 'good', but I recognized that I need a day off. My body has made it clear that there is no other acceptable plan. I'm only going to the market for the essentials, I just ate the last donut and those are vital.
I stayed with the high anxiety for some months and kept being with it, and it escalated yesterday and I stayed with it and something has shifted in me. Today I am calm.
I feel totally loved and supported, more so than I have ever been before so that I am quite happy.
I feel relaxed and rested, hopeful and optimistic about the future.
I feel strong and empowered so that PTSD and other chronic illnesses seem to be more of a nuisance than a disability.
