Weepy and sad. A bit overwhelmed. The Cyclone hit in March 2026 and I am still going through the Complaints process wth the statutory body. I might have to give it up. It is very stressful.

I am exhausted. I have been dealing with autistic burnout and trauma decompression for over 9 months now. Today I spent 6 hours working on a shed we are building here. To say I am exhausted really doesn’t do it justice. It is an exhaustion beyond anything I have experienced before.
