Anxious and nervous. Are those the same things?

I am not sure but I would say anxious about your health generally, and nervous about your test in particular? Different types of emotions?

Feeling scared as my family has lost services through medicaid. There is a lot on my plate and I'm so scared that I won't be able to keep up. I am struggling so hard.

The cloudy weather that is cold mirrors how I feel today. I will take a nap later on and refresh myself.

As each day goes by, I'm feeling better than I even did a few days ago. I used a heating pad on my back last night, as my muscles were so tight and will continue to do so in order to get some relief.

I can look back and see how I was under just too much stress which was not good for me.

Feeling anxious, my therapist comes to my home tomorrow and I've starting to dread it. I don't understand exactly why but I hate this feeling.
