What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Disappointed in myself after overeating yesterday and nearly being sick in the night. I know better.

I'm not sure. I'm trying to work out some anger issues that I am sure not fair, but I'm angry anyhow. Trying to right those issues.

My day has not been good but I have been writing and felt a lot of sadness and that feels good.

I am feeling like I am refreshed from a good night's sleep.

I feel good as I gave myself some love and care for a few minutes last night and this morning.

I'm tired and sore from rushing out to get groceries and whatnot before the snowstorm. Kinda good that I'm prepared, but I'm just feeling blah.

I am feeling a bit sleepy as I just woke up.

I am feeling like I need to look after myself now.

I feel like giving myself a little bit of TLC this morning and last night for a minute or so each time was good.

Very tired but a bit optimistic.

Really low and down. Not getting much done. Really did not so well. Feel lowish.

Sorry to hear it @Ms Spock

Am feeling good and sad at the same time. I just had a mini flashback which makes me feel desperately sad at the time - and that they happen at all. Buit feeling good because I realised very quickly what it was and so didn't "buy into" it and was able to self soothe a bit.

Am feeling down as I'm getting a cold and I Hate being remotely ill it is very triggering for me.
