@ladee Your PM is always welcomed...but I do not know if depending on me is such a good plan right now.;) I am in the process of gelling some lobes (the rational mind and the emotional mind) towards some facing forward issues. Had my appointment with the GP today, waste of time really, just asked me if I had side effects with the heart pills they out me on?

Had another bad night last night, was up having a smoke at the front door at 02.30, so I hope to sleep better tonight.
