So bri et y. I wasn't abusing any of the feel good drugs, but I sure wore out the effectiveness of a not feel bad drug to where it didn't even do that. It became a not risk seizures and throw up a lot for a month with a headache drug. Did the purge, clear 2 months, but really, just two months into the rest of my stay. The healing has begun!

I haven't felt as unwell today as I have this past week. So this morning I actually had spoons for a quick, gentle 10 minutes of aerobics in the lounge.

I loved being outdoors this evening too. Feeling the sun and the breeze

Had some stonkingly good victoria sponge too, with raspberries. *drool*

I own this place and no one can come here and be an asshole. We repel those who would, and if necessary the county tax we pay has earned us the services of our sheriff, who has the capacity to remove the bigger assholes we might encounter here. Thats as good as it gets, and i am grateful for it.

But I'm not awaiting hurricane Beryl like they are in Jamaica.
My country's not at war like Ukraine or Palestine.
Things are pretty OK really.
