@VioletButterfly I went from really long hair and short is the only way to go for me. I love it is so much easier and I do not have to use as much hair products. Good luck.

I'm forcing myself to do this because, I need to remember gratitude right now. I'm too busy complaining and being frustrated. I'm grateful that I have the things I need to help my body when it's hurting. I have memory foam on my mattress. I have memory foam orthopaedic pillows and I have good heating pads. I also, have good books to keep me company.

I am grateful that a big line of potentially tornadic storms passed us by last night and this morning...plus it is a beautiful 67 degree day with lots of sunshine which really improves my mood and helps my worn out disposition. :p

Grateful for all the wisdom I found in books through the years. Remembering the quote that said we read to know we are not alone. Well it was never why I picked up a book but even so. I did find voices of others who felt just as I did. At a time when no one in my world spoke of such things.
