I am grateful for beginning to feel less bitter. I became very bitter over the abuse from Mr. Very angry and bitter. I am glad to be feeling less bitter now. I didn't enjoy being a bitter person. I didn't like who I had become.
I am grateful to be myself as i am. I am grateful that I am able to deal with my feelings and thoughts and I am grateful for sunny days and blue skies and warmer tempatures. I am grateful to have a home and everything I usually need. I am grateful for my common sense and that I have trust in good people now whereas before i had no trust at all. I am grateful that I can continue to keep on learning and practicing new things.
