What Are You Grateful For Today?

I am grateful that despite feeling so badly yesterday I managed to:

I brought a load of washing on.
I put of load of washing out.
I put a load of washing in.

I washed up. I put things away.

I did my mindfulness homework.

I ate.

Checked with and dealt with emails.

Made bed.

Tidied up a little.

and I went out in the evening.
 
I had very little sleep last night and woke at 5am with a high level of anxiety. I really struggled this morning. I am only in the second week of going back on the medication so some of this might be to do with that. It will be good to sort it out tomorrow. Despite feeling so much and being so low I pulled it together and went to class today. I had an okay day. I managed okay throughout the day. I am grateful that I went. It was positive.
