What Are You Thankful For?

I am thankful that no longer do I have high drama or crazy making in my life anymore. My life is so peaceful.

I am thankful that I will have a easy going day today. I have to run some errands later on and get frappes and take out the trash. A real easy day.

I am thankful that in spite of a rough morning, I have not had to take my anxiety medication. I hope I can go all day without taking it. Yay me.

I'm thankful for my car and that I am back to driving.

One of our passengers at work, her husband was taken into hospital last night and the lady didn't know how she would visit him. I felt good giving her my home number and telling her to call me if she was stuck. It is so nice to help others.

I am thankful for my therapist. I have come so far in the last year. We both have worked hard at getting me safe and grounded.

I am so glad today is a brand new day. I did not go to bed last night. I stayed up all night. I feel pretty good for not getting any sleep.
