I am thankful that my family is healthy and safe so far.

I'm thankful that I picked up extra hours by returning to my former agency. I didn't put it in success/accomplishments because I have successfully done it before.

That I had the energy and tenacity to clean my storage area. I call it my office, because a lot of my craft items reside there, but it ended up being a dumping ground over the last year. Usually anxiety fills me when tackling a project like that, but I pushed it down and jumped in. I'm very thankful I overcame that.

I am so thankful that my daughter is so independent and not afraid. I am thankful that she is so determined and strong. I am thankful that she is going to go and talk to a lawyer today to get extra help.

I'm thankful I got a 25 cent book "Managing Stress: Before It Manages You". (1980). I opened it up, and it is a workbook and has things in it like "Autogenic Training" and "Cognitive Restructuring"!
