I am so thankful that I feel so good. It is a nice reprieve. I will continue to cultivate this. I know the bad days will come. The days pick us we do not pick the days. But is will sure enjoy it while it lasts. I actually feel lighter.

The support of my psychologist, where would I be without her advice, guideance & emdr. I feel so much better this morning.

I am so thankful for the results of my husband's scans. His cancer has shrunk 25%. The treatments are working. Yay!

I am thankful for colleagues who went for lunch with me to my favourite place and cheered me up. No plummeting back down since! :)

I am thankful that I found a friend I know on the forum that I will be calling tonight on the phone. I feel really jazzed about that. I just love this forum, and the wonderful people here.

I am thankful for my good health. For years I was so sick. I feel really healthy now.
