What Are You Thankful For?

I am thankful that I was able to buy Christmas presents, or make them. I am thankful I didn't have a complete meltdown last night and have to go to the hospital. Really thankful for that one.

I am so thankful for my friends who take me to church with them. I get out of the house with people I am getting to know. I am battling anxiety today so I am really thankful for getting out of the house. I think I will go out again for mocha frappes.

I am thankful for being able to get an emergency appointment at the dentist for my husband.

Home now, with a husband who has a numb mouth, minus one tooth and a head swimming with the "What might have been's".

Bless him, he grabbed my hand while he sat in the waiting room, waiting for the Anesthetic to work.

I am thankful for my therapist doing emdr on me today. I feel so much better. I needed to work on it some more but our time was up. It took longer today.
