I'm thankful that the 2 batches of muffins I baked have risen and smell wonderful.

The muffins taste as good as they look :D. The ones with icing on (lemon icing) are coconut and the others are blueberry.

I am thankful for an understanding Dr, she does understand how PTSD effects hubby, and said it was OK for him to have bad days as well as good ones. :tup:

I am thankful that we are going to be buying a new mattress for our bed today. I cannot wait until we get it. Our old one is shot and needs to go.
