What Are You Thankful For?

I'm thankful for my wonderful family who came and made the weekend so amazing.

I am thankful for my dear psychiatrist who i can call, and he can arrange better meds for me for the early morning anxiety. He will give me enough to last a month and I will be taking them3 x a day. I am going back on zannax again. that works. I am so appreciative. So tommorow I will go and pick ig up. I was so weary of this going on and on. I am so happy.

I am thankful for today. Today was improved, better and sunny too. I got out lots, spoke to some acquaintences, got stuff accomplished, learned some things and felt some improvement with pain

I am thankful for my husband, my companion. He takes my loneliness away from me. I am so glad to have him. My life would be so lonely without him. I am so grateful.

I am thankful that H, children and I were able to buy son's new school clothing yesterday.

Also, I am thankful that this evening we all were able to make a long car trip with peace, limited noise and little to no sibling argument.
