What are your goals for 2011, not resolutions as they are usually too rigid for anyone to try and stick to. Goals are anything you can aim to achieve over the next year, something that would help make your life better, even in the smallest way.
It does not matter what it is, it can be anything from doing the washing up as it appears, not letting the post pile up, but dealing with it as it drops through the letter box, to being to go out everyday without getting in a flap about it. Even the simplest of things can change our lives for the better.
My goal is to go out into the fresh air more, go walking in the local woods, along the river bank and the canal path, to watch the changes as the seasons change. I was told last year that if I went out and got back to nature, I would feel loads better. So that is this years goal, but also to encourage my husband to go with me. I have sat and thought about where to go, and found at least 4 places to start at, all within 5 to 20 minutes walk away from our house.
Let's see how many different simple goals we can all think of.
