other - 4 years work required hypervigilence for risk management in fragile context on top of witness murder (home but living here for work), witness terrorist attack ( at work) coinciding with death of nephew to cancer ( aged 3), earthquake affecting 5 million ( home and work), flood effecting 20 million (home and work), landslide making lake - anticipating sudden breach ( home and work) military operations displacing 5 million (work), car accident ( home but just leaving for work) and all the exposure to dramatic breaking news that effects where I live ( work) . No more TV no more work - can't go back to that career

Other - I forgot two security risk management trainings with realistic roles play - one that lasted seven hours and where I basically relived most of the emotions of the witnessing terrorist attack and managing office throughout and the other where my reaction was to shut down and have a sleep as my coping strategy -people had to shake me awake after an hour to finish the role play. ( work)

I am dealing with parental emotional abuse, sexual abuse followed by about fifteen plus years of stalking by my landlord, recently recovered memories of incest during my toddler and preschool years which seem to include rape, sodomy, rape with a foreign object.
In addition, I've had other non-sexual traumas: my children were both born very prematurely and required extensive hospital stays in intensive care and my husband had a heart attack twelve days before our wedding.

I've dealt/am dealing with everything on the list except war/combat and car/vehicle accident.

witnessing murders, first at age 3 and onward until age 14
forced to participate in murders (my father was a serial killer)
ritual abuse
raised by personality disordered parents and father
witnessing violence toward a sibling to whom I was close to
almost lost my eyesight in one eye
almost died due to heart condition no doctor could diagnose for 11 ER visits
