Ditto here!

There is this tune that randomly comes into my head and I hum it. I've had it in my head since I was a kid but I have NO idea what it is. I'm pretty sure it's a piece of classical music but I have no clue who the composer was. I think it was popular enough to not fall into obscurity but not so popular that its immediately recognizable. One day it'll come to me and I'll think "finally!!" Lol.
 
I do therapy online mostly (just started some phone sessions) and I've been sharing songs via youtube with my therapist that speak to where I am and issues that come up for me. It's so wonderful. One day, when I was really drowning in a terrible memory during the session, she was trying to get me 'back' and finally posted a lullaby for me! That totally did the trick. I have that one saved on my playlist now, and it does sometimes help with the anxiety. Singing helps some too for me.
 
Oh - another thought - if you have a chinese medicine doctor in your area, check them out and see what they might have for you as far as herbs, accupuncture, etc. Chinese/Eastern medicine is very different from Western medicine but it's been around a lot longer...
 
Ya - I hear you. It's not covered by insurance and so can really eat away at your pocketbook ! But don't get me started on a rant about insurance.... (mumble grumble)....:speechless:
