I gave myself a little extra time this morning to be on this forum.

You have stuck to your walking program and are feeling better for it.

I too am trying to keep up with exercising. Now that it's cold outside I try to do a 2 mile indoor walk with a tape I found buried in the closet! ;)

I got my nails done by the sweetest girl. I ran my errands and I got us mocha frappes. Now I am sll cozy under a blanket. I will watch movies and we will get tacos tonight.

I got up and cut my hair, took a shower, and did a lot of research getting ready for my move.

I slept late and am giving myself plenty of time on the forum this morning.

Today, I could have gone to a bazaar where my former counselor would have been.

I tossed and turned about whether to go, but realized my motives were not okay. It seems that I still have some resentments and that desire to confront her on things that I have dealt with since I saw her, that we had talked about.

I wasn't able to speak up to her and I realize that now. Instead of going to the bazaar, I went for a long walk!

I am having a cozy day. I went out and got a mocha frappe. I will have some ice cream after dinner. I will cover myself with my blanket that is soft and warm. I will watch christmas movies.

I am relaxing today. I just got done buying groceries and exercising. Now I'm going to drink some hot tea and watch Tombstone! :)

Yesterday I bought myself some Cherry flavored hot chocolate mix. A real treat for me now the colder nights are on the way.

I will make sure that I get some quiet time before the big party today. I will also make sure that I sit down for some of the party also.
