I read about CBT thread in trauma diaries. Where anothony has encouraged to read it before starting the diary. It seems he has updated some new things.

I read it all again, now I have feeling I am using it bit randomly. I need to go back to drawing board and think when to use it. Tomorrow I will do that. I need to plan that out carefully so I can get maximum benefits of writing about my issues and getting in right direction.

Thankful to have this realization. There is no meaning in using things randomly.
 
I bought myself some things that I needed. I went through our clothes and got rid of a lot of stuff. I went shopping and ran errands. I talked to my daughter on the phone and had a lovely conversation. I did not get me a mocha frappe. That is something I did with my husband.

I had a pretty good day.
